General Hand / Warehouse Assistant – Full Time Role
Location – Dee Why
Reporting To – Service and Logistics Manager
Duties include but are not limited to
- Receiving, processing and storing incoming stock in locations
- Picking and packing of orders
- Preparing stock for sale
- Moving stock / goods around internally and externally
- Booking Freight/Transport. Tracking freight to clients if required
- Loading and unloading of deliveries from various delivery trucks
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Transporting goods – deliveries to job sites and organisations
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse and other general warehouse duties as required
- Work alongside sales and service team on customer installations
- Taking and uploading photos to record incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Heavy lifting/including large items
Requirements
- Reliable and honest with the ability to work unsupervised
- Great customer service and communication skills
- A “can do” attitude
- Attention to detail
- Forklift Experience – electric walkie
- Australian Driver’s license – with good driving record
- Experience and competence with basic power tools
- Competent with computers and standard software ie Microsoft Office, CRM Experience preferred
- Good level of understanding of general maintenance
