Careers at Radincon

What is Radincon?

Radincon is a specialist supplier of medical imaging equipment, support and service to vets, chiropractors and small medical centres across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re proudly Australian and family-owned – now into our third generation. Our primary focus has become veterinary but many of our products and services cross over on to other applications. We’re passionate about animal welfare, from large animals, horses, production livestock, household pets to native wildlife and exotic animals in zoos across the country. We obviously don’t mind humans either. That’s why we believe in providing and supporting top quality equipment which lasts. Investing in the best means our clients can deliver a quick accurate diagnosis, advice and care, time after time.

What it means to work here

Joining Radincon means a warm welcome to the family. While we’re big enough to serve all our customers, we’re small enough to be a close-knit team who work together and laugh together. Even in the crazy busy times – and we have plenty of those!

What our values are

Our passion? We’re driven to deliver the very best equipment, support and service. Seeing our clients able to get on with what they do best with the greatest ease and efficiency. This means we are usually not the cheapest but deliver the best value over the life of the equipment. We never want to have to explain the dear cost of a cheap price. So, from a small suburban vet practice, a huge equine hospital, a remote medical or chiropractic service to mobile radiographer servicing nursing homes – the gear does the job – it works. When it doesn’t ( nothing is vet proof ) support is right here.

We believe in long term relationships, in trust and loyalty. In contributing to a good cause when our giving gets to those in need and not a fund-raiser.

We believe in quality. Whether that’s the equipment we provide or the service and support which come with it.

What makes us unique

Commitment, community and caring. These things make Radincon stand out, and they’re what we look for in every single person who joins our team.
